Teacher Notes
This activity requires a Smartboard. Before carrying out the activity with the students in your classroom, hold a question/answer discussion with your students using the higher order thinking questions listed below. After you have finished facilitating the discussion, you can continue with the Emotions Smartboard Activity. I would suggest that you start with the Emotions Worksheet first and then move on to Emotion Theatre.
Emotions Smartboard Activity
Emotions WorksheetDisplay this worksheet on the Smartboard and allow different students to come up and draw the listed emotion on a person's empty face with the Smartboard pen.

Emotion TheatreClick on the LINK below and display the website on the Smartboard. Follow the website instructions to be able to start the activity. When the instructions indicate that the user of the website should click and drag a particular emotion face to a character, allow different students to come up and use their fingers to drag the right emotion face to the character.
